The 2017 Pac-12 China Game, featuring UCLA and Georgia Tech, took place on November 11th at Baoshan Sports Center in Shanghai.
At a press conference held at the Shanghai Disney Resort on November 4th, both teams’ players promised an exciting game where they would give it their all, and come game time, the players did not disappoint.
The game came down to a final three-point attempt by Georgia Tech’s Jose Alvarado which missed, giving the UCLA Bruins a 63-60 victory, and a great way for them to end their trip to China.
This was the third edition of the Pac-12 China Game to be held in Shanghai. With Alibaba and the Pac-12’s partnership, we have good reason to believe that the Pac-12 will only continue to expand in China.
